Coucou — name, character and artwork

The MIT License covers the source code of Coucou. It does not cover the brand and the artwork listed here, which remain the property of Louis Raillé:

• the names “Coucou” and “Mochi”;
• the Mochi character — its design, look, expressions and animations as a character;
• the app icon and menu bar icon (NotchBuddy/Assets.xcassets/);
• the sounds (NotchBuddy/Resources/sounds/);
• the images, GIFs and videos in docs/media/ and design/.

What you can do

• Build and run Coucou from this repository, for yourself, as it is.
• Fork it and contribute back with pull requests.
• Show, review, write or talk about Coucou (articles, videos, posts), including screenshots and the demo media.

What you can't do without written permission

• Publish or distribute an app, a fork or a derivative work under the name “Coucou” or “Mochi”, or with the Coucou icon, the Mochi character or the Coucou sounds — on the App Store, on GitHub releases, or anywhere else.
• Use any of these assets commercially, or in a way that suggests your project is Coucou or is made or endorsed by its author.

If you fork Coucou to ship your own app, that's welcome under the MIT License: just give it your own name, icon, character and sounds.
